USN retired Command Master Chief and author Leon R. Walker, Jr.  disclosed his childhood experience of growing up in Cleveland, Ohio on Hough Street. Leon's childhood was riddled with unthinkable acts of violence, sexual molestation, drugs, prostitution, and murder. One can only imagine what a child could grow up to be when exposed to such an environment. Leon R. Walker, Jr. beat the odds and excelled in every opportunity. This memoir is a must-read.
